Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of Bundlix ("Bundlix," "we," "us," or "our"), an application available through the Shopify App Store. By installing, accessing, or using Bundlix, a merchant agrees to be bound by these Terms. If a merchant does not agree, they should not install or use the app.

Relationship to Shopify

Bundlix is a third-party application. It is not owned, operated, or endorsed by Shopify Inc. Merchants install Bundlix voluntarily through the Shopify App Store, and use of the Shopify platform itself remains governed by Shopify's own terms of service, separate from these Terms.

App Services

Bundlix provides tools for Shopify merchants to create product bundles, quantity discounts, buy-one-get-one (BOGO) offers, free-gift promotions, and cart or checkout upsells; to configure storefront widgets that display these offers; and to view analytics and recommendations related to their performance.

Merchant Responsibilities

Merchants are responsible for accurately configuring bundles, discounts, pricing, and other offers created through Bundlix; for complying with applicable law in the operation of their store; and for the content, pricing, and legality of their own store, products, and any custom text, CSS, or HTML entered into the app.

Plans and Billing

Bundlix is offered under multiple plan tiers (including Free, Silver, Gold, and Diamond), each with different feature availability. Paid plans are billed through Shopify's own billing system, subject to Shopify's billing terms. Merchants may upgrade, downgrade, or cancel their plan at any time through the app or their Shopify admin.

Feature Availability

Some Bundlix features are only available on certain plan tiers. In particular, Checkout Upsell requires a Shopify Plus store, in addition to any applicable Bundlix plan requirement. Feature availability may change over time as described under "Availability and Modifications" below.

AI-Assisted Functionality

Certain Bundlix features use AI-assisted analysis of a merchant's own store data (catalog and order history) to generate suggestions, such as recommended product pairings or draft bundle titles and descriptions. These suggestions are provided for the merchant's convenience only. Merchants remain solely responsible for reviewing and approving any AI-generated content or suggestion before it is published to, or otherwise used in connection with, their store.

Acceptable Use

Merchants agree not to use Bundlix for any unlawful purpose, to attempt to circumvent plan entitlements, rate limits, or security controls, or to reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code of the app except as permitted by applicable law.

Intellectual Property

Bundlix and its licensors retain all rights, title, and interest in and to the Bundlix software, including its features, design, and underlying technology. Merchants retain all rights to their own store content, products, and data. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of either party's intellectual property to the other.

Third-Party Services

Bundlix operates on top of the Shopify platform and may rely on third-party infrastructure and service providers to deliver its features. Bundlix is not responsible for the availability or performance of Shopify or of third-party infrastructure outside of our control.

Availability and Modifications

Bundlix may modify, update, or discontinue features of the app at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to communicate material changes that affect a merchant's use of the app, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of any specific feature.

Disclaimers

Bundlix is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee any specific sales results, conversion rates, or business outcomes from using Bundlix, and nothing in the app's marketing materials should be construed as a promise of particular results for any individual store.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Bundlix and its owners, contributors, and service providers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, or data, arising out of or related to the use of, or inability to use, the app. To the extent liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the greatest extent permitted by applicable law.

Termination

Either party may terminate the relationship governed by these Terms at any time. Uninstalling Bundlix from a store terminates the agreement between the merchant and Bundlix going forward. The effect of termination on data associated with the store is described in the Bundlix Privacy Policy.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will update the "Effective date" at the top of this page when changes are made. Continued use of Bundlix after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
